Sports Program

Diamonds In The Rough 

Our program not only provides mentoring but also conducts community-based sports programs that gives young men positive avenues to keep active.

Currently active in our sports program is basketball. Our basketball teams are called Diamonds In The Rough. We aren't just any ordinary sports team. We're a sports team after the character of our young men on and off the courts.

 

We strongly stand on our saying, "You PLAY with it, but we BELIEVE in it."

Work Training Program

Don't Lose Your Edge

YMOM Young Men On A Mission Inc has partnered with YMOM R.E.A.L Lawn Care & Snow Removal LLC. This partnership is allowing young men to participate in our work training program.

 

The purpose of "Don't Lose Your Edge" work training program is to create ways of keeping young men engaged by shaping their work ethic.

Mission Driven

Mission Driven assist young men enrolled in college that are still active members of YMOM.  In return, our college scholars, mentors the young men in YMOM today.

Bible Commandos

Bible Commandos is a ministry which empowers young men between the ages of 4-18 to know the word of God and become all that God would have them to be.

Mentoring After School

YMOM after-school program is offered to young men in grades 3-8. YMOM offers a secure environment filled with exceptional mentors from our "Mission Driven" program.  Our mentors are committed to supporting our young men. The after- school program provides:

  • Remote Literacy

  • Enrichment Chat Sessions

  • Age Appropriate Activities

  • Character Building

  • Field Trips
